Shipping Info

• Delivery will take 2 to 5 working days on ideal case. 
• Please note that we have included an option to choose either Singpost registered mailing or normal mail for delivery. The default option will be registered mailing and a tracking number will be updated on qoo10 system after mailing out. Should you insist on Singpost normal mail, we will not be responsible for any lost mail. A video of the actual postage into Singpost mailbox will be used as proof of delivery in such an event.
