1) The box might be dented/crumpled during delivery, but this will not affect the quality of the strips as the tube container is very hardy.
2) Smartpac delivery is approx 2-4 working days, after the day of posting, exculding weekends and Public Holidays.
3) Tracking Information will not be updated into Singpost website immediately, but only on the day of delivery. Hence, if you see this message "Item status not found in system", please do not be alarm as this means that Singpost has not update the information and not due to error tracking reference or lost item.
4) In the event of unsuccessful delivery (no one answer the door), postman will deposit the parcel into letterbox. Please check letterbox before raise non-receipt
