Terms and Condition

All products will be arriving Singapore only on the 15th Jan 2018. Delivery and collection will only be available from 15th Jan 2018.
All product expiry date is 15th April 2018.
Items not collected by 12th Feb 2018 will deemed void and no refund will be given.

Delivery

  1. Delivery is limited to 1 location per order.
  2. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, the purchases will be returned to our office.
  3. If purchase are returned to our office due to the absence of the recipient, delivery charges will not be refunded.
  4. If delivery is requested for a 2nd delivery due to the absence of the recipient, a $10 delivery charge will be applicable.
  5. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  6. We do not deliver to restricted areas including, but not limited to, military institutes, airports, ports, etc. 
  7. Last delivery is on the 9th Feb 2018

Self Collection
Self Collection is available at the following places: 

1) Tangs @ Vivo City 
     No 1, Harbourfront Walk, Atrium Central Court, Level 1  
     Period from 23 Jan 2018 - 11 Feb 2018 
     Collection Hours: Monday - Sunday 11:00am - 8:00pm

2) Suntec City Mall 
    No 3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 4, Level 1 
    Period from 17th Jan 2018 - 11 Feb 2018
    Collection Hours: Monday - Sunday 11:00am - 8:00pm

3) DeFoodie Mart @ Woodlands
    No 2 Woodlands Sector, Woodlands Spectrum #03-24
    Period from 15th Jan 2018 - 12 Feb 2018
    Collection Hours: Mondays to Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm
                              Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am

Important note for Self-Collection

  1. For Self Collection, please note that pickup of orders will only be available 2 days after confirmation of orders from DeFoodie Mart. 
  2. All orders have to be collected within 7 days from order confirmation.
  3. Customer will need to confirm their preferred pickup location, date and timing 2 days in advance of pickup.
  4. In the event that the orders are not collected on the agreed date and time, there will be no refund or exchange. 
  5. All orders are to be self-collected at the selected store with printed email confirmation as proof of purchase. Purchases cannot be collected without printed email.
  6. All purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon self-collection, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed once the recipient has completed their collection.
  7. Last date of self collection is on the 12th Feb 2018 @ DeFoodie Mart Woodlands.
