1. We will send out the ordered items within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) upon receiving payment confirmation notification from Qoo10.

2. We highly recommend customers to opt for registered mail.

3. We are not liable for any loss of mail or damaged items in the process of delivery for normal mail.

** Exchange/Refund **

1. Goods sold are non-returnable and refundable unless is due to manufacturing defect or wrongly sent.

2. Buyers have to inform us within 3 days upon receiving their items and items should be returned to us via Registered Mail in their original and new condition.
