Suggested Use

Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 1-2 times daily.

Children 2-4 years: 7.5ml (half a tablespoon) once a day.

Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) once a day.

If symptoms or cough persist consult your health care practitioner. Seek medical advice before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Contains potassium sorbate and glucose.

Sambucus nigra (Black elder) dry fruit juice equivalent to fresh fruit juice 5.7g
Zinc (as oxide) 1.305mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 55mg

DIRECTION
