Her chiropractor had suggested she sleep in a reclining position instead of lying flat. Medicine prescribed by the doctor makes her vomit and every few nights we would take turns cleaning up from her uncomfortable episodes. She never got her needed sleep and I was unable to find something that helped her. Since buying this wedge, her position on it seems to give her relief from the middle of the night vomiting and she seems to be sleeping better and without having to take medicine.
