Instructions: Wash your hands first. Take off the tampons plastic wrap And throw isaway, but dont flush it! Push gently on the plunger And make sure thetampon is positioned snugly against the applicator keep easing theapplicator in until you have inserted as far as the ring Of the outerinsertion tube. Continue holding the applicator, And then push the innertube into the outer tube. When the rings Of the applicator are together,the tampon is in correctly. Gently remove both tubes, making sure thestring is outside Of your body. Dont flush applicator!
