HISTORY
It first began with our love for fashion and a little passion for retail.
Lady Mindeulle 레이디 민들레 (Pronounced as Lady Min-dew-lleh)
is founded by Puny and Ky in Nov 2012.

Puny always missed those days of never encountering a wardrobe crisis while living in Korea.
She remembers the priceless experience of waiting for her parcel at home, opening up the package
and discovering a wonderful piece of apparel, without worrying about the quality of the product.
Partnering up with her childhood bestie and fellow fashionista, Ky, the duo decided to venture into this little online boutique, where their customers can rest assured about the quality of their purchases.

At Lady Mindeulle, we source our wearable and elegant apparels directly from Korea and made it our mission to assure the premium quality and originality of our apparels. We strive to take your online shopping experience to another level.

WHY “MINDEULLE”?
The Korean phrase민들레 (Mindeulle) , means “dandelion” in English. Dandelion symbolizes hope and abundance. Some believe that dandelions have truly magical properties that will make your dreams come true. The founders find the symbol of dandelion (민들레, Mindeulle) very similar to their concept of spreading their love for fashion. And therefore the name “Lady Mindeulle” is born.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are subject to an agreement with Lady Mindeulle, a.k.a Lady M's terms and conditions as published on Lady M's site, hence it is advisable that you're absolutely certain about your purchase before committing to placing an order.

Once you've placed an order, it is considered a confirmed order and any changes / cancellations should be directed to Lady M. All purchases of items are subject to availability, though our system and Lady M strives to provide nothing but the most accurate updates of our products’ availability.

i. Reservations

By default, your reservation period of your items are 24 hours only. Lady Mindeulle reserves the rights to release your reservation to the next buyer in-line once your order has expired.

ii. Availability and Pricing

While we try to keep our system as accurate as possible, sometimes errors do occur and if there are any discrepancies with the stocks or prices, we will email you as soon as possible to notify you about the error. In a case of which your item is not available anymore, rest assured we will perform a full refund.

iii. Payment

Please notify us once you have made the payment. Precise steps will be taken to verify that your transaction has been made. Items will only be dispatched once full payment is made and we reserve the rights to reject insufficient payments. Please remember to keep your receipt/slip/proof of transaction and insert a soft copy file when you’re informing us of your payment.

iv. Delivery

We ship all parcels via Singpost registered mail.

Registered Mail
Cost of registered delivery charges as SGD 3.20 and customers will be bearing the delivery charges. A tracking number will be provided upon delivery, and will be emailed to your registered email account.

v. Defects, Returns and Exchanges

Exchange for defect? We will make sure no defect before sending.

Merchandise is to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any item that does not meet those requirements will not be accepted.
Returns & exchanges are to be requested within 7 days of delivery date for orders.
Any items sent to us after the stated period will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service.
Exchanges can only be performed once.
We do not compensate for any shipping costs in the event of exchanges for non-defected items.
Sale items or promotional items are non refundable or exchangeable.
