Directions

韓國的生活習慣，一般把冰箱的冷凍室設置為零下10度（-10℃）左右。很多媽媽擔心是否有影響；經過諮詢廠家以及和專業測試證明， 零下20度（-10℃）也是可以保存四個月的。

【使用方法】
- 使用吸奶器吸出母乳
- 打開母乳保鮮袋的開口小心倒入母乳
- 冷藏保存一個星期，冷凍保存4個月左右

【解凍方法】
- 解凍母乳時用流動的自來水或者溫水解凍，解凍後加熱時候水溫控制在40度~50度
加熱。待感溫環變成可以喂寶寶的顏色時（40度左右），即可倒入奶瓶給寶寶餵奶。
- 或者解凍後，直接倒入奶瓶；放入暖奶器或者用熱水加熱至40度，給寶寶餵奶亦可。

【注意事項】
- 請勿用高溫或微波加熱，高溫加熱或微波解凍時會破壞母乳中的營養物質
- 待母乳加熱至40度左右時即可喂寶寶
- 母乳解凍後，看上去有點發藍、發黃或者發棕色，是脂肪分層的現象；裝入奶瓶後搖一搖即可。
-解凍後的母乳在加熱時，會有腥味；親在加熱時候 儘量不要用很熱的水加熱，加熱
過程中晃動奶瓶或者儲奶袋攪拌的話 腥味兒會少些

儲奶袋上有溫度顯示環，新手媽媽們不會因為暖奶時把握不好溫度 而犯愁了。（解凍餵奶時，在流動的自來水或者溫水中解凍後，放 入40~50度的熱水中加熱至40度；倒入奶瓶餵奶即可）
