What Causes Tonsil Stones
Tonsil stones are caused by the accumulation of bacteria and debris in the tonsils. This debris includes mucus from post nasal drip and other bodily fluids food particles and dead skin cells.

Step 1: Dilute the TheraBreath AktivOxigen solution according to direction on the bottle. Do not use the AktivOxigen solution undiluted. Gargle with the diluted AktivOxygen Solution for 10-20 seconds trying to get it as far back in your mouth and throat as possible.
Step 2: Blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. Tilt your head back and gently squeeze 3-5 drops of TheraBreath Nasal Sinus Drops solution into each nostril. Allow drops to run through your sinuses and down your throat.
