SHIPMENT

1. Goods will be delivered within 1-2 days upon payment. If you choose China Post Air， it might take about 20-60 days. Your patience is appreciated. For buyers from U.S.A， ePacket is strongly recommended for its cheaper shipment price and shorter time to reach you. Russian buyers please note that we would like to know your full name to avoid parcel lost.

2. Travel time for different shipping: EMS 5-14 days， DHL/UPS 3-7 days， China Post 7-25 days (Except in remote countries and the special circumstances). For any urgent order or you need combine shipment， please contact us to change the shipping way by Express， we will find the best solution to save your cost.

3. If the tracking information shows the package arrived， Please contact the post office. If there is any question， please contact with customer service before you give us negative feedback.

4. For tax consideration， we will declare the goods as \'GIFT\' with a lower value. Any import charge is under the buyer\'s responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
