The Battle Buddy Uneven Bar Dowel Grips have two finger holes and a small dowel that is glued and sewn into the grip. They should only be worn at the first knuckle of the middle and ring fingers. The grips also utilize a hook and loop wrist closure system to ensure the ultimate standard in secure placement of the grips.
