All items are directly ship from South Korea.
We do not ship on weekends and national holiday. Our business day is based on Korean calendar.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up-do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. #Singapore customers don't have to worry about import taxes and charges generally because of FTA between Singapore and South Korea.
We send items through "Standard(Eurasia)" Delivery Service. Standard(Eurasia) :Standard parcel delivery service by Eurasia(international logistics service company). It generally takes 4~10 days to be delivered. Unique tracking number will be given. So you can track the order with it in Qoo10. |

Cancel/Return/Exchange Policy |

We accept cancellation until we ship the order.
A customer can return the order within 7 days after he received his item. He must notify us that he want to return during that 7 days. We won't accept any unnotified return. We accept the return under these conditions below. 1.The customer must not use the product in any circumstance. (If the item is an electronic device, opening the package will be estimated as a clue of using. Because there is no way to find if an electronic device is used. So please don't open the package if you want to return it) 2.The customer must send the order back to us for himself after he has gotten our acceptance. (We are not responsible for the shipping for sending back the order) 3.The package must be received by us safely after sending back. (If it is lost during sending back, we cannot refund it. So please choose the mailing service carefully) If any one condition of these is not fullfilled, we can't refund the order. After we receive the package sent back, we'll refund the money which the customer paid except the shipping fee for sending to him. (Even if the shipping fee is shown as "Free" on its selling page, there exists the "real shipping fee" for sending the product to the customer. We will charge the fee to the buyer)
We accept exchange the item with a new one or full-refund under following conditions. 1. There is a manufacturer defect of the items. 2. Wrong item was sent. On these specific cases, a customer may directly inquire to us and give us appropriate evidence to proof his claims. Once his claim is approved, we will show him how to reutrn, exchange or refund his item. |
