Use inside shoes or boots to help ease pressure and stress on muscles, tendons, and joints by keeping your feet and knees properly aligned.

ADHESIVE ON BOTH SIDES FOR MEDIAL OR LATERAL USE: These insoles are sticky on both sides, and one edge of each insole is raised ¼” so they can be used for either medial or lateral unloading. Constructed of soft, adhesive silicone-like material that is comfortable against the skin.

Use all day while standing, walking, etc. for genu valgum (knock knees), genu varum (bowlegged-ness), osteoarthritis knee pain, pronation (inward roll of foot), supination (outward roll of foot), posture problems, and other issues caused by uneven foot alignment.

These heel wedge cushions are sticky on both sides and can be flipped depending on if you need medial or lateral alignment. Self adhesive backing helps the insert to stay in place while allowing for repositioning.
