Wow!!!! Can we talk about how bad my day was today?? I baked two batches of macarons today and they came out so horribly， and cracked!! This mat does everything it says and more. Absolutely nothing sticks to it. It quickly pays for itself in the savings of baking spray， wax paper， parchment paper， the frustration of scraping off stuck-on baked goods， and the cost of burning cookies. I used to routinely burn cookies， but these mats dissipate heat so well that it makes it much harder to ruin your baked sweets. Initially， I was worried that the bottom of the cookies might not cook completely， but they definitely do. We also use it for baking potato chips and they turn out crispy every time!
