Please make sure never to apply pressure to the pillow while it is under water. Also, the suction cups are of the highest quality, and if you do not remove them properly while stuck to a surface they may come undone. The proper way to remove the suction cups from the wall of the tub is to pull on the tab first, or peel the suction cup off from a corner, as opposed to pulling the pillow itself. If this happens they are extremely easy to replace by twisting while pushing back into the pillow with a bit of downward force
