Wonderfully effective!
Hard type hardness is just about half way between soft ball and tennis ball. The size is just around the middle between softball and tennis ball, so it is convenient for carrying. Until now, I used golf balls, softballs and tennis balls for the release of the shoulders and butts, but thanks to this, I got a stronger stimulation than the golf ball.
