They do send you shoes different than is pictured. However, after looking at shoes in the store, I see the real problem is that they have the wrong picture shown. The Metropolis is indeed the ugly shoe they send....they just show the wrong picture for the Metropolis shoe. You do think after all the bad reviews they'd check into this and resolve the problem!
