Harley-Davidson® Men's Riding Appropriate* Performance Westford black leather motorcycle boots, D96138, with PORON® XRD® Extreme Impact Protection for the ankles. PORON®, a soft shock absorbing material, braces the ankle on each side, absorbing 90% of the energy generated with each step's impact. Extra material in the form of a unique, lightweight gusset is also hidden above the heel for easier movement with every stride. Designed to be functional, this boot also has that Harley® biker touch with a number of strategically placed logos. Designed with a round toe, lacing is accomplished with metal reinforced logo eyelets, with one pair of widely spaced speed hooks for a wrap-around snug fit. A metal Harley-Davidson® logo badge adorns the bottom lace. The smooth round toe is emphasized with an additional metal Harley-Davidson® badge. There is a Bar Shield® logo badge at the top of the outside-facing shaft, and another metal badge logo badge on the side of the heel. Harley-Davidson® is debossed on the tongue. This boot is all Harley®! Made with full-grain leather uppers and a full-length mesh lining, putting on and taking off these boots is easy with YKK® locking inside zippers, the best zippers available. Extra protection is provided with an additional layer of leather on the heels, just below the heel's flex panels. The boot's sole, insole and upper are bound using resoleable Goodyear® Welt construction processes, the most labor intensive and durable construction method available. The street side sole has an embedded Harley-Davidson® orange logo, along with orange tread elements. Shaft height: 7-inches, Heel height: 1.5-inches.
