Its a creamy white consistency with tiny little exfoliating beads that leave your face feeling clean and exfoliated, but not dried out. My face is breaking out more recently and I am not sure if it is due to this product. The NEW silver and green tube is AWFUL! The coating is flaking off and I am getting silver and green flecks all over my hands and face. I have had to wrap the tube in plastic (Saran wrap type) material. I will NOT buy this product again.
