Le Couvent des Minimes Hiker’s Foot Healer blends 9 plants， carefully selected for their renowned beneficial properties. Its rich and emollient formula softens the skin， intensely nourishes dry feet and soothes sensations of heat and fatigue.
The original recipe:
- Borage oil， Shea butter， Grape-seed oil: nourishing， repairing and moisturizing
- Wintergreen: softening
- Ivy: helps to improve skin microcirculation
- Tapioca powder: protects against friction
- Essences of Peppermint， Lemon and Litsea Cubeba: refreshing and purifying.
Paraben free.
Use : apply to clean， dry feet every day， morning and evening if necessary. Only a small amount is required. Gently massage onto feet， paying special attention to heels and particularly dry areas. For best results， exfoliate first with the Hiker¿s Foot Healer Polishing Cream， once or twice a week.

- For a long lasting feeling of freshness: massage the top of the foot along the grooves that separate the tendons. Then， massage on top and between each toe， rolling them between your fingers and flexing them back and forth. Massage the sole with the thumbs in an outward direction and then with your fist from the toes to the ankle. Pay particular attention to the ankle， moving up the leg. Finish with light sweeping strokes.
