Not just for weight loss but also for the multitude of other benefits... ie. Increased HDL, decreased triglycerides, blood pressure, neurologic etc. Needless to say I have tried many, many, many low carb/ high protein products. These are not the best. They do not taste like potato chips but nothing low carb does.
