    How to Use
    - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP. Clean your nipple area with mild soap and water and let dry completely. Do not use powders, lotions or oils prior to using the pasties as this will reduce the stickiness of the glue.
    - Take one nipple pasty at a time. Remove the back plastic cover and keep it safely inside the travel box. You will need it later for storing your pasties back.
    - Center nipple and gently press and smooth down the cover to the skin.


    Do's and Don'ts
    - Adhesive stickiness may reduce during usage based on individual's skin type (oil, sweat).
    - Keep away from sharp objects.
    - Wash the adhesive side after each use with soap and water and air dry before storing it.
    - Do not use alcohol, bleach, cleaning solutions, nails or brush to clean the adhesive.
    - Do not use towel or tissue to dry after washing.
    - Once completely dry, stick the plastic cover back on the pasties while not in use to avoid the adhesive from getting dirty and losing its stickiness.
    - Do not use if you are breastfeeding or have skin allergies.
    - Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
    - Do not use for more than 10 hrs at a stretch.
