Some Maintenance & Safety Tips for stove top cooking:

Use soft utensils made of wood, plastic, or silicone to avoid damaging the ceramic cooking surface.
As with all non-stick surfaces they can be damaged if misused.

Always start on low or medium heat when heating the Pots.

Do not use a Burner that is larger than the circumference of the Pots to prevent flames leaping to
sides of Pots, causing hard to wash stains on the sides of the cookware.   

Lightweight pans heat faster than heavier pans.

We do not recommend use of Pots in Oven where temperatures may be exceedingly high

Please do not apply force when assembling Lid Knobs and Handles ( Lid Knob illustration instructions below)
REMINDER ON ASSEMBLING LID KNOBS
If you do not separate Washer from Screw and try to apply force to fasten you will break the Knob Set !!
First separate the Washer from the Screw upon receiving your cookware to fit lid knobs.
