Some Maintenance & Safety Tips
Use soft utensils made of wood, plastic, or silicone to avoid damaging the ceramic cooking surface.
As with all non-stick surfaces they can be damaged if misused.
Always cook on low to medium heat.
Always use a Heat Burner smaller than the circumference of the pot or pan to prevent flames from
leaping to the sides of the pot which will cause hard to rid Dark Staining on sides
Lightweight pans heat faster than heavier pans.
We do not recommend use in Oven where temperatures may be exceedingly high
