Shipping & Delivery:
Items will be shipped out within 2-3 days upon payment, excluding weekends and Public Holiday.
Items will take around 2 weeks for delivery.
Delivery will may longer during peak periods.

Exchange & Refund:

Exchange will be made ONLY if wrong items are sent out by seller.
All items will be checked to make sure they are in good condition before sending out.
We do NOT entertain any refund in the event that wrong/missing diamond colours are sent out. The correct diamonds will be sent within 1-2 weeks upon confirmation of colour code.
