With this one though, you have 12 different colors. Each color has slightly different level of brightness. This allows you to choose your favorite color (or your kid's favorite one), or to choose a color based on the brightness you'd like.

You can choose between color rotation (aka carousel) mode vs single color mode. When you set it to single color, it will remember it, even if you turn it off.

Unlike other night lights, this one has a turn off switch. It's also cool touch.

The light itself is easy on the eyes and pleasant. It's soft glow and glare free. The light is just enough to show your way and help you avoid bumping into walls or furniture or stubbing your toes. But it won't blind you or wake you up too much.

How to use it:

1) Plug it in and toggle the bottom switch to the right or to the left. Right is for warm white. Left is for carousel mode.

2) Make sure the lights in the room are turned off and and the unit is in dark.

3) When in carousel mode, press the side button (it's on the right) to set the color. Press it again to switch back to carousel.

4) To turn it off, toggle the button in the middle. It will also automatically turn off when it senses external light.
