DESCRIPTION

The Shun Premier Paring Knife with Small Hinoki Board is a great deal on an authentic Shum Premier 4" pairing knife that throws in a quality 9.5" l x 6" w Hinoki board to boot! The Shun Premier boasts legendary Japanese quality and is constructed from a VG=10 steel core clad on either side with 16-layer Damascus steel. The blade is double beveled, thin and flexible and has a hammered surface. The handle is seamless walnut finished pakkawood. The Hinoki board is constructed of quality end-grain hard wood with a polished finish. Hand washing is recommended. Board measures 9.5" l x 6" w x .75" h. Parer measures 8" l x 1" w x .75" h.
