Q. The LED light is still on after the auto disconnect. Is my cable faulty?

A: Every phone model works differently, however, if your phone isn't charging anymore, the cable is in good working condition.

 

Q. The advertisement says "Charges 30% faster" but it is charging the same speed as my original cable.

A: Speed is dependent on your plug output which our cable is up to 2.1AMax. Please refer to your plug max output for further details.

Bought 2 auto disconnecting charging cables directly from their office. Works really well! At first thought that maybe one of the cables have some problem disconnecting, turns out it is likely due to the quality of my iphone's battery. Works well when I troubleshoot (as per DP electronics' suggestion) with my other apple devices.

I just tried these myself and i have to say these cables are very good. (I got both their cables, and fast chargers).
They charge your phones faster, and auto shut off when it's fully charged.
No more worries about overnight charging, or phones heatup, or exploding....
