Bringing in the Mild Cleansing Oil directly from Narita, Japan, you can now shop from home without worrying about Fancl shops already closed down in Singapore. You can also email us for more Fancl items purchases. Each item is at about $3-5 cheaper than when you have purchased in Singapore :)

 

As Fancl items have very short expiry dates, we seldom carry ready stocks in Singapore. We advise all buyers to place their orders as soon as possible as we may not make restock trips every month. To avoid disappointment or chances when you finished the whole bottle before the restock is done, please send in the order before our advised dates on the restock trips.

1) Please read and understand all terms and conditions before ordering :)
2) We are not official Fancl distributers. We are only buying the items on behalf of interested customers.
3) All items are bought directly from Fancl store in Narita, Japan. Authenticity confirmed.
4) Items packaging may be different from Singapore's stock as they are from Japan. We only help purchase the items from Japan and will not be responsible for any allergy that may be caused due to overseas products.
5) We do not carry any ready stock in Singapore. All orders are on pre-order basis and may take up to 1-2 months for items to arrive in Singapore from Japan.
6) Restock trips may not be done on a monthly basis. As much as possible we will update buyers on our dates to travel to Japan so that you can guage when the items will be arriving.
7) Due to weight and value of items, all items will be sent via registered postage to prevent lost mail. A standard charge of $4 will be charged regardless of the number if items you purchase.
8) If a self collection is opted, or if you prefer to opt for normal postage instead of registered postage, there will be no postage fees refunded. A standard charge of $4 will still be collected. Kindly note. If you prefer a self collection, please email us for more details before making a purchase here.
9) In case of items out of stock in Japan, you can choose to wait for the next restock trip for the items to arrive in Singapore. You can also opt for a refund of the money. However, only 95% of the amount you paid will be refunded as Qoo10 has taken a cut from the amount you have paid :) We seek your full understanding in this.
