“No Signal” message when connected to a set–top box. Your set-top box may have the Antenna Power ON option set, and it is interfering with the powered amplifier (amplifier is plugged into a power source). In this case, do not power up the amplifier, or turn off the Antenna Power ON setting in your set-top box. If your set-top box can work with a powered amplifier, your reception will be better.
Some free-to-air channels are not showing whilst doing a channel scan. Try the scan again without the amplifier powered on. The antenna will still work.
Distorted images for selected channels. The signals are still off-the-air, so if there's stormy weather, certain channels may get distorted. Just shift the antenna around, and try turning on the amplifier on the antenna if it was not powered on before.
