We are 3 undergraduates completing our studies in different universities in Singapore.
Why are we selling items in Gmarket/Qoo10?
High cost of living, average household income. We wish to pay our own living expenses to ease the burden of family.
Where are the goods from?
Mainly china, shenzhen. I can assure with you that every single item( 99%) related to mobile phone accessories are all from China, Shenzhen.
What should I as a buyer take note? I have no trust of items from China.
I am sure all sellers, has some form of checking before mailing out items. At least for us, we have conduct a 100 primary check on all items before mailing them out.
I receive something faulty!
We will be more than glad to change it for you within the warranty period.

As our own contact form will send an email to us whenever you submit the form, we can view and reply asap.
Contacting us via the Gmarket enquiry system will take longer as they only notify us at certain timing and it is not possible to reply from our iPhones / Galaxy S2 with the Gmarket enquiry system.

We are Singapore located. Exchange is easier when you have problem. One of us purchased a waterproof bag which had a hole, the seller who was located overseas wanted us to send the waterproof bag back to Korea before sending a replacement. The item was only $3.90!, return postage was $6++.
