Unlike plates used in other flat irons, ceramic-coated plates glide smoothly and gently over the hair, delivering evenly distributed heat for enhanced curling and straightening. At the same time, a heat circulating system supplements the plates to maintain a stable temperature that is ideal for styling. The Panasonic EH-HS95-K Flat Iron comes with five separate heat settings — 300°F, 340°F, 355°F, 375°F and 395°F — for different hair styles and lengths.
