Ensure® Acti M2 is scientifically designed to provide complete and balanced nutrition, with essential nutrients for an active mind and body. It contains Acti-SPS (50 mg of Soy-phosphatidylserine*) and choline. Phosphatidylserine is a part of normal neuron structure in the brain and choline is a nutrient found in the brain.

Directions
To make one serving, mix 6 level scoops (enclosed) (approximately 53.5g) of powder in 195ml of luke warm or cooled water. When mixed as directed, Ensure Acti M² provides approximately 1.0kcal/ml. One can containing 850g yields approximately 16 (230ml) servings. Recommended 2 servings/day.
Store unopened cans at room temperature.
Ensure Acti M² is formulated to supplement the diet. Ensure Acti M² is free of gluten and is suitable for individuals with lactose sensitivity. Not for use in galactosemia.
