Stock:All item listed in our store are in-stock and stored at our local based warehouse.
Exchange: All items are checked and ensured good condition before sending out to customer. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return or exchange for all lingerie.
Delivery: We will prepare and mail/post out orders paid and transacted before 5pm, the following day.

Qxpress: Shortest delivery – takes about 2 – 3 days working days, tracking number provided. Provides door step delivery, highly recommended!
Singpost: Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, no tracking number is provided. Josette’s is not responsible for any lost in mail parcel.
