Usually the blankets feel cheap with a blend of cotton and shiny scratchy polyester, but this is super soft and no cheap shine. My daughter loves it and won't sleep with anything else. The pillow case is huge, and because she is still not sleeping with a pillow she uses the case as a light blanket for those hot nights and to carry around with her Everywhere we go.
