We ensure the quality and freshness of our product by monitoring every stage of Germinated Organic Rice (GOR) process closely, from planting & harvesting stages to processing, packaging & distributing stages. Stringent control at processing stage is applied, we only use reverse osmosis water that is free from bacteria. The air temperature and circulation are also monitored closely during drying process to maintain the high nutritional content in GOR.

GOR is an unpolished brown rice that underwent the process of germination. This germination process activates enzymes in brown rice that magnifies and liberates essential additional nutrients such as Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6), prolyl endopeptidase inhibitor, gamma oryzanol, tocotrienols, ferulic acid, dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
GOR can be effectively digested and assimilated in the body. Moreover, it is recognized as a functional food with high contents of nutrients beneficial to human body. The germination process creates softer and tastier rice, providing an enjoyable and wholesome meal for everyone including children, teenagers, adults and elderly.

Germinated Organic Brown Rice (350 G)

In general, they are harvested in normal means in which the outer covering is removed and cleaned. After processing, brown rice is produced.

Brown rice is said to be rich in vitamins and minerals including B-vitamins and magnesium, manganese and selenium. The B-vitamins that is contained in brown rice have similar benefits to red rice. Manganese is good to promote regular metabolism while magnesium contribute to healthy bones and teeth. Selenium is a mineral that works like antioxidant, protecting the body from infections.

An absolute staple in gluten free baking, brown rice flour is incredibly versatile. Brown rice flour is a nutritious alternative to wheat flour and is naturally gluten-free. It is high in protein, iron, fiber and vitamin B. Brown rice flour is rich in manganese, which helps in the proper development of bones and cartilage. It also helps in better absorption of calcium. One serving of brown rice flour supplies more than 20 percent of the recommended amount of magnesium, phosphorus and copper, as well as 11 percent of potassium and more than 100 percent of manganese. In addition, brown rice flour supplies 20 percent of the recommended amount of iron for men and 9 percent for women.

Brown rice flour contains healthy bran and will add a darker color to your baked goods. It also imparts a richer, nuttier flavor than wheat flour. You can thicken sauces with it and use it for coating fish and other proteins, as well as produce breads, cakes and noodles.
