What You Should Know Before Making a Purchase with the Windmill @Gmarket:

 All deliveries in Singapore will be made via SingPost.

If you place your orders before 12pm (payment must go through), we will mail your orders out on the same day. Otherwise, we will mail the orders out the next working day. Hence, you would be able to receive your orders in 1 to 3 working days after placing orders. 

Delivery via normail mail postage is free. We seek your understanding that we will not be responsible for any lost item via normal mail.

An additional $3.50 will be charged if you choose to have it delivered via registered mail. Mr Postman will send the registered mail right to your doorstep. If nobody is not at home, a collection slip will be left behind for you to retrieve the item at the nearest SingPost office.

If you buy more than 1 item, and intend to get registered mail, you only need to select the registered mail option ONCE. We will bundle all your orders into one registered mail package.

All our products are inspected for defects before delivery. You can be assured that you will not receive a faulty item.

However, if you do receive a defective item, we apologize and are willing to accept returns or exchanges. The condition is that the items must be mailed back to us within 7 working days upon receiving the orders. We regret that buyers will have to bear all postage costs incurred for any refund.
