
Setting Procedure
1. When inserting the battaeries, the power will turn on and sound will ring simultaneously.
This will be automatic the first time.
Press the ST button to power on from the second time on.
2. Press the "SET" and use the "UP" "DN" keys to enter your current weight.
3. Press the "SET" and use the "UP" "DN" keys to enter your desired workout duration.
4. Press "SET" again to finish setting up.
5. Start the jump rope exercises and continue until the alarm goes off.
Timer Settings
When taking a break during the workout, the time will also stop temporarily.
Resuming the excercise will resume the countdown of the timer.
When the machine is not used for 8 minutes, the LCD screen will automatically turn off.
