The Rockwood 494R.10B automatic door holder is made of bronze with a satin oxidized oil rubbed finish, has a wall-mounted strike with 3-3/4'' projection from wall to door, and includes fasteners to attach the holder to a solid wood door and the strike to a masonry wall. The door holder''s roller catch automatically latches to the strike to hold the door open and releases by a gentle pull. The wall-mounted strike also acts as a stop to protect the wall. The door holder includes four #10 x 1-1/4'' flathead wood screws for attaching the holder to the door and three #12-24 x 1'' flathead machine screws and three lead anchors for attaching the strike to the wall. Slotted mounting holes permit alignment adjustment of the body during installation. The satin oxidized oil rubbed finish matches the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) 613 architectural finish code.
