Grandes Cosechas is an original blend of the finest selection of Nicaraguan-grown Arabica coffee beans, harvested in the nutrient-rich soils of Mombacho Volcano, Matagalpa and Jinotega coffee regions. Our carefully selected 100% Arabica Coffee Cherries are ripened at altitudes that range from 3,000 feet to 4,000 feet, making Grandes Cosechas exquisite in all its four roast types, Espresso, Medium, Light and Vanilla.
Grandes Cosechas's coffee profile has been distinguished by a clean cup, medium sweetness, medium acidity, balanced body with citric essences of sweet lime and hints of chocolate, that makes this cup uniquely delicious in every serving. It contains approximately 100 mg to 50 mg per each 4 ounces of coffee and comes nicely packaged in a foil gussetted bag with valve to maintain its freshness.

Café Las Flores is owned and operated by the Palazio family, whose ancestors began cultivating coffee on the Mombacho Volcano since the late 19th century.
