2. Put the silicon body on the thumb, check the size by superimposing (2) and (3) on the body, and pull out.

3. Remove the silicon body from the thumb, then pass the wrist strap A through the silicone body (1) and pass it back through the overlap (2), (3).
(If you insert the band length adjustment ring D in the middle as shown in the figure, you can fix the band more firmly.

4. After inserting the band length adjustment ring D into the wrist band A passed through the silicon body (1), (2), and (3), insert the lock unit C with the upward direction as shown.


5.. Connect wrist strap A to lock C (with the strap facing up), then insert the wrist strap A, which is turned upside down, between the strap adjustment straps D.
