Term and condition:
Delivery time: We will mail out your order via SingPost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-7 days after payment date.
Delivery method: Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost Normal mail or Register mail.
We will not be responsible for any package lost using normal mail. Registered mail with tracking number is highly recommended.
Postage Fee : Normal mail is $1.00. Registered mail (Singpost) is $3.50.
Normal Mail: Normal mail is $0.50. Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
Registered Mail: Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.
Exchange and Return : We accept exchanges if they are sent back the defect item to us within 10 days upon receiving the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable, buyer will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item back.
