I have never tried the udder cream and don't know the difference, although it is twice the cost of the body cream. I would recommend the product, I had one occasion when this product was not up to par, the quality changed, it became very watery and had nobody. Non greasy and absorbs quickly. I use this head to toe. I have very sensitive skin and this is one of the few products I can use even on my face.
