So you've rolled out the perfect pasta sheets. You've turned them into fresh, homemade spaghetti, fettuccine or linguine strands. And much as you're tempted to eat them all right then and there, you want to hang-dry them for future use.

Now, before you run to your clothing closet and fetch the nearest plastic hanger, allow us to introduce the better pasta hanging apparatus: the beautiful pasta drying rack from DB Tech. Made from natural, traditionally unfinished wood, our rack features six 18-inchlong wooden dowels. Combine that with its 17-inch height profile, and this one rack gives you a total of nine feet of drying space. Unfinished wood also means no chemical paints or lacquers coming in contact with your food, and conveniently non-sliding hanging surfaces.

The dowels are positioned offset from one another to keep pasta strands from sticking and clumping together. Simple assembly consists of threading these dowels through the center post and then screwing the post into the stability-enhanced base. For disassembly, simply follow the same steps in reverse. All rack pieces lay flat and require only one inch of space height for storage.
