Processing Shipment
1) The dress could be finished in 10-20days. During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday，National Holiday， the shipping time will a little longer.
2) The shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take 1-3 working days around for UPS，5-7 working days for DHL，FEDEX， 7-10 working days for EMS，TNT.
3) Free shipping refers to EMS and China Post Air.
Return Refund Policy
All the dresses we made in 85% ~ 95% similarity with the original picture， if you request 100% same as the picture， please enquiry before payment.
Color Mismatch: The setting of your computer screen may alter the color of pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However， if you are confident that you\ ve received the item in a wrong color， please contact us to see if a return or refund if possible.
Sizing Issues: As all of our dresses are hand-swen and custom tailored， the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly， our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Dress is not the size you ordered:
If your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inches，please feel free to choose from the following option:
-- you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make sdjustments. In this case， we will reimburse you for up to $15-30 in tailoring costs. (As most of dresses are factory direct sale with free shipping) If you choose this option，please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
-- you may use our modification service free of charge， we pay shipping fees again， buyer pay return shipping cost. Usually， it will cost $30-45 for shipping fee. Details，please ask the post office.
-- you may return the dress to us to receive a full refund， returning shipping cost by buyer\ s expense.
Dress is the size you ordered but doesn not fit:
-- you may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).
-- you may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us， we can fix it for you free with 5 days， buyer pays all the shipping fee.
Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request， resizing may not be possible. But we still will give you a good price if you want a new one.
Defective， Damaged or Mis-shipped Item:
You are eligible for a refund of full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective， damaged， mis-shipped items. If you believe your item were damaged during delivery， you must first obtain Proof of Damage documentation from your delivery carrier.
Details for return to refund if dress in quality issue:
1) Products with quality problem in 7days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
2) When you making a return， please include a note with your name， address， and order number， a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund.
3) Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
