Preparation
1 . Coat prawns with rice flour, deep fry them and set aside.
2. Heat wok to medium heat. Add Planta, curry leaf, bird eye chilli and Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder. Stir fry till fragrant and foam forms.
3. Add in fried prawns. Keep tossing until prawns are evenly coated. Ready to serve.
