What is Strobing Makeup?
The term "Strobing" is derived from "Strobe", the lighting (flash lamp) used in studios.
It is a contouring makup technique that expresses an instant lighting effect similar

How to Use: Take an appropriate amount of your desired color wit the brush and apply on the areas of the face
