Q: Warranty? No physical Copy?
1) We will email to you a softcopy of the warranty to your email regisisted in Qoo10 account which you need to provide. Rest assured that this softcopy of the warranty is 100% valid in Singapore Samsung Service Center.
Just print out your warranty/invoice or keep it as a softcopy in your mobile device and go down to the local Samsung service center in Singapore if there is any faulty issues with the device.

Q: I saw the same version of this device from Korean Sellers selling in Qoo10 that is cheaper than yours. Why is this so?
A: Please beware of Korean sellers devices.
1. They do not offer Local Warranty from Samsung Singapore. You will need to pay more $$$ and  send the device back to them for warranty. 
2. You might need to pay 7% GST upon receiving the device from the courier services when they deliver to you.
