Poor over is a drip type coffee maker using a stainless steel cone filter.
Because paper filter which tends to adsorb oil is unnecessary, we extract the coffee oil moderately and finish to the taste of the individuality of coffee distinctively.
Enjoy the process of pouring hot water, unique to hand drip, please find the best one of the original.
For a cup of cup (120 cc) of hot water, place about 7 g of fresh coffee ground into ground in the filter.
Pour the hot water slowly so that it permeates evenly throughout the coffee beans while drawing a circle.
